Seafood is a good ingredient, and it’s delicious.



  1. Prepare garlic, chopped green onion, chilli, etc., and mix with oyster sauce, sugar and salt.

  2. Wash the abalone (use a small toothbrush to clean it!), the knife slashes the abalone body (this is more easy to taste). The abalone is then marinated in 1 seasoning for half a minute. Wash the abalone shell as well.

  3. Place the abalone shell and the meat in a dish, pour the seasoning of 1 onto the abalone and steam in a pan. Put in cold water and steam for about 12-15 minutes. (About a pound of abalone steamed for 12 minutes, cooked, according to your favorite taste increase or decrease time.)
