Simple stir fry with bean paste.
First prepare the materials: Xiuzhen mushrooms are boiled in water (boiled in water and boiled out for use). If the individual mushrooms are too large, cross the two sections; pepper and ginger.
Pour the right amount of oil, put the oil into the ginger first, stir it, put it into the oyster mushroom, continue to stir fry; then add the pepper.
When it is ripe, add 3/4 shovel of bean paste and continue to stir until the dish is cooked.
Personal taste is relatively light, after adding bean paste, do not put salt. If you have a heavy taste, you can add salt in the right amount or other seasonings. The Haitian soy sauce I used had sweetness and I didn't add sugar.
