The victory over the spicy duck tongue~
Soak the duck tongue for 1 hour to get blood
Use boiling water to pass the duck tongue, remove excess oil, and rinse with cool water.
Prepare the peppers and the peppers, I cut them into segments.
Pour in a proper amount of peanut oil and pour the dry pot, green onion, ginger, pepper and other spices into the scent. Red oil appeared. (The oil can be a little more, afraid of the pot)
Pour the washed duck tongue into the fire. Add cooking wine and taste very fresh (do not pour too much, taste very fresh for the sake of taste, you do not need to add salt)
Add cold water and submerge the duck tongue.
The fire is made from the soup and the juice is collected. Remember that when the soup is low, you must constantly stir the duck tongue. So as not to paste the pot.
After the cold water is opened, continue the fire. When the water is halfway, taste the soup. The taste is slightly lighter than the normal taste. After the soup is dried, it will naturally be salty. If you feel salty enough, please add a little salt. (I usually don't add salt, dry pot and taste very good when I do it)
