This dish is a simple stir-fry of super-meat, sauerkraut and crispy, sweet and sour beans.
First cut the sauerkraut ingredients into the size of the figure, not too big. Don't take too much.
After the beans are peeled, they are half cut. Put down the oil (use the fat and oil to make it more fragrant).
