Every May is the season when Suzhou traditionally makes shrimp seed soy sauce.
Shrimp seeds are purchased in the vegetable market. The shrimp seeds are rinsed with gauze and the gauze is filtered. After all, shrimp seeds are rare, so precious, generally 80 yuan to 100 yuan a catty, usually 2 to 3 two is enough.
