Soft and delicious Shaqima
Mix the flour with 4 egg liquids into a smooth dough, put a layer of plastic wrap on one side and wake up for 15 minutes.
Wake up the dough into a 0.5cm thick doughnut and cut it into noodles with a knife
The oil pan is cooked and the noodles are placed in the oil pan.
Put the sugar, water, and maltose in the pan and stir-fry the water to a small fire. Stir in the brushed state. Pour the fried noodles into the pan and let the noodles hang the syrup.
Pour the syrup-filled noodles into an 8-inch square baking pan and squeeze them tightly.
