  1. Warm water and noodles, until the dough is smooth, cover with a plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for about 2 hours.

  4. Add a few teaspoons of oil to the pan, add to the cake after boiling, and bake for 5, 6 minutes, then turn over the pan (slightly turn the pan a little to make the heat more even). Poke a few holes in the browned noodles with pointed chopsticks to heat it inside and outside. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan, bake for 5 or 6 minutes, then poke a few holes in the pie noodles with sharp chopsticks. Then add 2 teaspoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of water to the cake, cover the lid and turn to medium heat for 3, 4 minutes. Wait until the water is dried and dried.
