Clean dry scallop
Washed mushrooms, diced
Wash the celery and cut into strips (the leaves can be left as embellishments)
Wash the shallots, chopped
Pour the washed rice, scallops, mushrooms, and celery into a saucepan, pour in the right amount of water, and boil.
Sprinkle salt and shallots when you eat
If the scallops are dry, you can add some salt and wash them.
