Prepare all ingredients
Sauerkraut cut into small pieces, yuba cut, ginger and garlic slices
Slice the bamboo shoots, add a teaspoon of salt after the water is boiled, remove the excess oxalic acid into the bamboo shoots for 5 minutes.
Sauerkraut and yuba are more oil-absorbing. Slightly more oil in the pan is first sautéed with sauerkraut, then added with yuba and sauteed.
Heat the pot with a small amount of oil and stir the ginger and garlic. Then add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry. Add the fried sauerkraut.
After adding three tablespoons of vegetable broth, cover and simmer for a minute, so that the bamboo shoots fully absorb the taste of sauerkraut.
Put a small amount of sea salt in the pot (you don't need to put too much salt at this time because the sauerkraut is salty)
