  5. Cover the lid with a large fire, turn it into a small fire after boiling, and burn for 1-2 hours. The time is self-control. The longer the pig's trotter is softer, pay attention to the amount of water in the pot at any time. If it is too little, add water in time.

  6. Pour in the potato pieces, continue to cover the lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

  7. There is only a little water left in the pot, drenched into the old draw, and at the same time open the fire to collect the juice.
