Fresh cuttlefish is more refreshing than squid. But it is more difficult to buy. If you can't buy squid instead, the taste is a bit spicy. It's a bit sour and sweet.
One slice of cuttlefish in medium size is cut and cut at will. Use boiled water to remove it and wash it with cold water.
Tune a sauce for use: soy sauce / wine / sugar / white vinegar / chicken essence / water / raw powder
The oil pan is fragrant with ginger and green onion. The next bit of red is turned over (the dried chili is also used). The squid is fried and pour into the sauce and stir-fry until the remaining green onion is served.
