It’s very simple to use the duck leg burned out in the rice cooker.
Cut the duck leg into a medium-sized piece, and use a ginger pot to cut off the floating foam.
Remove the duck leg and drain, add the onion ginger and garlic in the pan, then add the duck leg and potato stir fry
Pour in soy sauce, moderate amount of salt, stir fry evenly
Add a large bowl of water to the pot, then transfer the ingredients in the pot to the rice cooker, add a few pieces of rock sugar, cover and cook the rice.
About half an hour or so, when the potatoes are ripe, they can be cooked.
