Everyday breakfast, eating peanuts, cucumbers and steamed buns is delicious!
Peanuts are soaked for one hour in advance, then put a proper amount of star anise and salt in a cold water pot for 15-20 minutes, remove and let cool.
Salted cucumbers can be eaten for more than one week. Take a proper amount and continue to soak them in cold water.
