Rinse the shrimp (do not cut the foot and scissors)
Bamboo 蘸 yellow wine is inserted from the tail of the shrimp (this is easier to operate)
Brush 蘸 yellow wine brush on shrimp
Sprinkle with the right amount of sea salt (not too much)
Put it in the oven 180 degrees, 8 to 10 minutes
