This is the first recipe I made, I learned from my mom.
Slice the meat, marinate for five minutes with two drops of oil
Chili chopped, garlic cloves flattened
Heat the pan and heat the meat, add some soy sauce and fry

Add red pepper and garlic cloves. If you are afraid of spicy, you can fry them for a while, then stir fry together, add salt and soy sauce, add some water to the pot, and finally add chicken essence.
