After the daughter drank, she said that it tasted similar to the milk tea in the high-end tea shop. There is always a friend in my baking group asking me about the process of making it. It is very troublesome to repeat it every time. Just record it.
Longan, red dates, plus 400 grams of water, boiled in the health pot (pot) with the function of flower tea (or hot pot).
Prepare about five grams of black tea. If you like tea, you can put more tea, and vice versa. It is said that Ceylon black tea tastes the best, but I don't have it. I use this black tea on the picture. If you put the black tea red dates in a glass bottle the night before, add water to soak overnight, and put it into the health pot the next morning. The other steps are the same except for standing for 20 minutes. .
Add the tea to the boiling water, cook for about three minutes, turn off the heat, adjust to the heat preservation state, and let stand for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, fire again and add 250ml of milk (if you drink too much, you can add 500ml of milk), sugar (this time is brown sugar), cook until the edge is slightly bubbling, turn off the fire. The boiled milk is too hot and easy to boil into milk residue.
The boiled black tea is filtered into a large glass with a strainer. If there is no strainer, the tea filter function on the health pot lid can also be used to directly pour the milk tea into the cup and enjoy it.
After filtering, if you like to eat red dates and longan, you can put these two things back. But I feel that it has no taste to cook, I don't want to eat it!
