  1. Red beans and coix seed are placed in a ratio of two to one, and rock sugar is added in a pressure cooker (25 minutes) (above) or electric casserole (usually I will cook for one night) (below)


If you don't have a pressure cooker and don't have time, you can soak red beans and coix seed for a long time (sushi in the summer)
