Notes:

Oatmeal and raisins are super healthy foods, no oil and not fat! ! PS: There are a lot of recipes about oatmeal, but they all add butter and the amount of sugar is not small. So I still want to share my low card recipe. Just use the most common flour ~ low gluten, medium gluten, high gluten. You can replace half of the flour with whole wheat flour. If you don't have honey, add more sugar and add 10-15 grams of milk (water).

  1. The grapes are dry cleaned, soaked in warm water and soaked up to 2 times larger. Drain the water for use.

  2. Oatmeal, sugar, and raisins are placed in a container, and flour and baking powder are sieved. Add milk (water), honey, and stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are evenly mixed together. (Adjust the amount of water according to the wet and dry of the surface)

  3. Put a tin foil or baking paper on the baking tray, grab a little batter with your hands, knead it into a ball, and then flatten it. Place it on the baking sheet.

  4. The middle layer is baked at 165 degrees for 20 minutes to a golden surface.

Tips:

Bake time is not too long, because oil-free, it will inevitably be a bit hard. I think it's okay not to have flour at all, but the amount of water and sugar is reduced. After baking, use a clean sealed box and eat it within 3 days. If you feel a little dry, you can use the microwave for 20 or 30 seconds.
