  1. Purple rice is soaked in cold water for at least one hour, if it can be soaked overnight.

  2. Purple rice and glutinous rice, in a ratio of 3:1, cool the water pot, cook for another 40 minutes. Note: Turn the small fire after boiling, the porridge should always roll, but don't throw it out.

  3. After about 40 minutes, turn off the heat and suffocate in the pot for an hour. At this time the soup has begun to thicken.

  4. Fire again, boil, and cook for another 20 minutes. Note: After boiling, always stir it, otherwise it is easy to paste the pot.

  5. After cooking, add brown sugar. If you like sweet, add more.


I forgot to use the amount of water this time, and then I will test it again when I cook it next time.
