First make a milky yellow filling. Beat the eggs well, add sugar, salt, and milk. Sift through the flour and mix well until no particles. Add butter to the mixture and heat it in a small heat over the pan!
Be sure to use a non-stick pan~ stir fry with a wooden spatula for 10 minutes or so, until the picture above.
