Salty and delicious.
The broad bean is peeled into green beans, and it is picked up in the light salt water for 1-2 minutes before being fried. Remember not to soak for too long, otherwise the broad beans will become old. Wash the shallots, peel the garlic and cut into the end.
Put a proper amount of water in the pan and add 1 tablespoon of white rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Pour into the broad beans and cook for 2 minutes. Rinse immediately with cold water or put in ice water for a few minutes, then drain and drain.
Put a little salt in the pot, stir-fry the ginger and green onion.
Pour in the broad bean, add salt and stir fry with a little sugar, and pour a little sesame oil to serve the pan.
Broad beans are now eaten and peeled off as well. Don't prepare this meal for the next meal. If you leave the skin for a long time, it will become old and the taste will be different.
