The soup was not yet. However, the treatment of pig lungs can cause headaches! So this soup I only drank my mother's cockroaches, the outside restaurant does not easily do this soup, because it is too troublesome! My mom taught me how to quickly process pig lungs, so I’m not in a hurry. Resistance, the next day I went to buy a pig lung and came back to lick this soup, it is sweet and delicious! After the pig lungs are bought back, rinse them and cut them into appropriate sizes.
Boil the cut pig's lungs in a cold water pot, boil it, and boil the air bubbles in the pig's lungs, which takes about 10-15 minutes;
Wash the pig's lungs with cold water and cook it again in the pot. This time there should be no air bubbles. Wash it again and drain it.
The dried vegetables are washed in advance, washed and drained; (I don’t have any sand in my home, I still have to deal with clean sand outside)
