Barley is not well known in China. For the first time, I know that barley is a barley tea that is popular in South Korea and Japan. However, as food, it is not always eaten. Recently I finally bought organic barley kernel, so I made this Polish soup, called krupnik.



  1. Pour the oil into the pan, add the salt, basil, pepper, a little hot, add the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, stir fry for 2-3 minutes

  2. Add barley, continue to fry for 1-2 minutes, add water, stir well

  3. Turn a small fire, add a lid, cook for 30 to 40 minutes
