The old taste made with tofu is more refreshing than the meat, and the sweet and sour taste is very appetizing. In fact, I personally like to use fruit to enter the food. The old tofu is washed, the pineapple is cut into the middle core, and the slices are soaked in light salt water for ten minutes to drain the water.

1. I use this old tofu for this dish. The advantage is that it is easier and not broken when fried. If you like to eat the tender tofu, then you can use the South tofu of the market to do it, relatively tender. But don't use lactone tofu, it can't be fried at all. 2. I use the tomato sauce here, the kind that everyone usually has at home. In fact, if you have the kind of ketchup in the tin, it will be better to taste with oil. 3. The tomato sauce needs a little bit of water and tofu for two minutes, and the tofu will taste. In the early stage of tofu, remember not to fry too old, otherwise it will not be easy to taste.
