Pizza is almost technically unpredictable. It can be said to be delicious and good to cook. Family members don't like homemade pizza sauce. I usually use commercially available ketchup or commercially available pizza sauce instead. It will be faster when you do this.
All the ingredients of the pizza dough are expanded and fermented to twice the size. I am a Panasonic pizza machine.
Prepare other materials for the dough gap. Cook the pineapple on low heat and control the moisture.
Bacon stir fry.
The pineapple is cut into small pieces, the bacon is cut into small pieces, and the mozzarella is cut.
After the dough is finished, take out the exhaust and pry it open. It is the same size as the 28*28 baking pan. The middle is thin and the circumference is slightly thick. It is placed in the baking tray. Use a fork to fork the hole in the middle to avoid fermentation expansion.
I use this ketchup.
First put a spicy tomato sauce on the bottom of the cake and sprinkle with the grass.
Spread a layer of mozzarella.
Spread the bacon block.
Spread the pineapple.
Finally, sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and squeeze some original tomato sauce.
In the preheated 200 degree oven, the lower layer is fired for 25 minutes. Bake until the cheese melts and the bottom of the cake is colored. Firepower and time are based on your own oven.
The cake skin is soft, the filling is delicious, and the hot food is the most satisfying.
