Put all the ingredients of Muffin in the bread machine for 20 minutes, knead the smooth dough and find a larger container. Pour about 5 grams of olive oil or corn oil into the container, put the dough in, dipped in the oil on each side of the dough, and then cover with plastic wrap to ferment at room temperature.
The fermentation time varies slightly with the temperature and humidity in the room. You can check if the dough is fermented after about 1 hour of fermentation. Dip the flour with your fingers, poke a hole in the dough, the mouth is not retracted or a little retracted, and the dough does not collapse, indicating that it has been fermented. If the retraction is too strong, the fermentation time will be extended. If the dough is collapsed, it means that it has been sent, so it can't be used, and it needs to be re-twisted.
Pour the fermented dough out on a dough pad, vent the dough, divide into 50 g/dough dough, round each dough and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. (This method is my own way of thinking, the real English Muffin should be turned into a large piece, and then cut out with a circular mold, I think that after cutting, I will pick up the scraps again. It is more troublesome to open and cut, and it is divided directly by 50 g/piece.)
After the dough is relaxed, slap it flat and place it on a baking pan. There must be a gap between each. Sprinkle some powder on the baking tray to prevent the dough from sticking to the top.
Put the baking tray into the upper layer of the oven, put a large bowl of hot water underneath, and have a certain gap between the hot water and the baking tray, so close the oven door and ferment for about 40 minutes. There is no need to turn on the fermentation function of the oven. The temperature of the hot water can be around 45 degrees. Do not put boiling water, the dough will be cooked, and the bread made will not be good. My method is that the electric water heater can adjust the 45 degree hot water. I use the 45 degree hot water in the water heater. The fermentation in 40 minutes is just right.
The dough is fermented twice as large as the original. After the fermentation is completed, take it out and test the second fermentation method: press a small pit on the dough. If the small pit does not rebound, it is proved that the fermentation is completed and it should be placed in the pan immediately. If the dough is like a deflated ball, it is proved to have been fermented. If you press it, the dough rebounds immediately, indicating that the fermentation is not enough and you continue to ferment.
Put a little oil in the pan and put the fermented noodles in. The small fire turns over every 1 minute.
Fry in about 5 or 6 minutes until golden on both sides. Place the fried pasta on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 170 minutes at 170 degrees.
English Maifen is ready. Put it on the grill to cool it. If you don't eat it that day, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for free storage. Take it out before you eat it and thaw it in a pan.
Then make pork pie. Put the pork stuffing into the right amount of onion ginger, salt, black pepper and then add 1 egg.
