I saw this Japanese beef meat cooker and did this. I also tried it once and had a slight change.
Prepared the basil leaves and a piece of tofu. In a bowl, use soy sauce + fuel consumption + sugar + water to adjust the sauce (can be cooking wine I did not add)
Cut the tofu into eight pieces and sprinkle with a little corn starch.
The leaves of the perilla are washed, because the starch on the tofu can stick to the leaves.
Pour the hot pot, first fry the side of the tofu
Then turn over the frying
Frying on both sides, pour in the sauce that has been prepared beforehand.
