Cool powder, usually made with pea starch or mung bean starch, can be mixed with cold or fried. Eat a bowl of jelly in the hot summer, quench your thirst and increase your appetite.
Take 100 grams of pea starch into a bowl, add 200 grams of water and mix well.
Add 400 grams of water to the pot and heat it. Pour in the stirred starch paste and stir until it is thick. After all the ingredients are cooked, pour into the mold, solidify and let cool.
For an hour or so, gently separate the edges by hand and it is easy to pour them out.
Cut into strips for use.
Take a small bowl and add garlic, salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chili oil, and red oil.
Take a large bowl, put the cucumber silk into the bottom of the bowl, then add the cut cold powder, pour the seasoned juice, deep-fried peanuts, sweet and sour mustard, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
The ratio of starch to water is generally 1:6. When the water is burnt to a slight white smoke, you can pour the paste. Don't wait until the water is boiled before pouring the flour paste, because there will be cockroaches! Put the cucumber silk into the bottom of the bowl, or put the hot green bean sprouts. The sweet and sour mustard is cut into silk or minced, and there is no need to let it go. Put a steaming rack under the mold, and the rack is cool.
