When I was a child, I used the most frequently eaten mommy dishes~ I basically reduced them according to the taste of memories, especially for eating during weight loss.
Boil a pot of water, add 1tsp of salt, pour the washed peas and cook for 3 minutes on high heat.
Cut the onion with green onion, sliced garlic, and shredded ginger.
The chicken breast is cut into small Ding about 1cm.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper powder, white pepper, sugar, salt, sesame oil, corn starch, mix well, marinate for a while.
Remove the peas and drain the water.
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the shallot and ginger.
Put in the chicken breast, stir fry quickly, the surface is all white, then pour the peas, stir fry evenly.
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce 1tbsp, a little salt and sugar (outside the amount), stir fry for a while. Add water and continue to stir fry until the water is dry. Just pan the pan.
Because the peas and the marinated chicken breasts are all salted, the salt can be put less or not even when seasoning.
