Close the mouth and press it flat, and roll it up.
Cover with a plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
Repeat the first one from the first one you made before, and remember to cover the cling film. Especially when the weather is cold, it is easy to harden and it will be difficult to pack well. I also stamped a wet towel.
Take a middle pinch and fold the two ends close together and close the palms down to form a thin outer skin with a thin outer periphery.
Turn the bread into the bean paste filling and pinch it tightly, then put the table top with the palm of your hand and cut it with scissors.
Then cut more in the middle of each petal and become 8 petals.
Then use a sharp blade to cut a hole in the middle of each petal, only the top layer of the topping.
Use two fingers to pinch the tail of each petal, remember not to unfold when you squeeze it.

8 petals are all pinched into the baking tray, and all the flower-shaped crisps are brushed on the egg liquid, and some sesame seeds are sprinkled in the middle to be baked.
Each oven has a temperature difference, pay attention to your own adjustment, I use 170 degrees 20 minutes and then turn down the temperature to see the color removed.
The other one made peanut sesame crisp, the same operation as above, just do not need to cut the petals. (I think it is better than the one above)
Let's make another pork-baked pastry. I use a big bag of crisps and knead the oily dough into the pastry.
Wrap the oil skin and press it to close the mouth.
擀 Long and fold up and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Repeat and then open the roll and fold it up for a half hour (must be soft enough to not break the crisp)
Loosely knead the dough into a thick and even dough. Use a ruler to help the blade cut into 8cm wide strips, then cut 8cm long and turn into a square dough. Do not put too much in the middle of the pork filling. Finger glue the egg liquid to wipe the edge of the mouth, fold the dough diagonally into a triangular fork, and then fork a small hole in the edge.
