There is no mashed potato premixed powder, and cassava flour can be used to make mashed potatoes. Just can't put it too long, it will harden.
The milk, sugar, and oil are poured into a pan and heated on a small fire, heated to a bubble, and sieved into a high powder.
Quickly stir into a paste and leave the fire. Do not stir too much, just paste.
Add the tapioca powder, mix well with a spatula, and press into a dough.
It is a hard, dry dough.
Dough the dough a little for a while and squeeze the dough by hand. Add the egg mixture twice.
Add the egg mixture every time, then add sesame and mix well.
Add the egg liquid for the second time to see the situation plus. After being added to the agitator, the eggbeater can lift the inverted triangle. Don't be too thin or too dry.
The batter is placed in a piping bag and squeezed into the baking tray. When squeezing, the flower bag is slowly lifted up, and the three-dimensional dough can be squeezed out, and the shape is also round. The dough is no more than 5 cm in diameter. Squeeze the tip of your hand with a hand, otherwise the tip is easy to focus.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then it has become round, then adjust to 180 degrees, bake for about 5 minutes, depending on the size of the extruded dough.
I baked three flavors. Original sesame. Matcha red beans. Coco black.
Matcha with a proper amount of matcha powder instead of high powder, honey red beans instead of sesame.
Cocoa replaces the high powder with a proper amount of cocoa powder, and puts the chocolate beans on the batter.
