The ferrets are soaked in pure water 24 hours in advance to remove impurities. Add two slices of ginger to boil for 5 minutes. (5g can make a lot of bubbles, I can't use 10g.)
The papaya is cut in half and the black seeds are dug. You can dig a layer of pulp and put more coconut milk.
Put in the ferrets, pour in the coconut milk and steam for 40 minutes.
