Horseshoe cake is a Han nationality cake in Guangzhou, Guangdong. The shoal horseshoe cake is made by grinding the horseshoe (荸荠) into a pulp or dried horseshoe powder with water and sugar.
Prepare raw materials
Two pieces of sugar
Horseshoe powder is added to 350g of water to stir into a slurry
Add the sugar to the 650g water and add the horseshoe
Pour the horseshoe and sugar into the slurry and mix well
