Apply Japanese-style teriyaki sauce to the surface of the cod fillet.
Sprinkle black pepper on the surface of the squid slices.
Marinate for twenty minutes.
Under the cold pot of olive oil, the fire is hot and then turn to a small fire, and the squid is fried to golden on both sides.
Out of the pot, into a plate.
Fried fish must use a small fire. Be sure to marinate with Japanese-style teriyaki sauce and black pepper for a while before frying. The sauce does not need a lot, just wipe the surface.
