This sautéed chicken drumstick is tender and juicy and simple to make. The children's favorite is much healthier than eating KFC's fried chicken legs.
Wash the chicken legs, remove the bones and drain
The garlic cloves are cut into the end, and the ginger slices are cut into pieces.
Add the chicken legs after deboning to ginger, minced garlic, salt, chicken, honey, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate (I marinated for about 3 hours)
