The lotus root is peeled, chopped, or shredded with a grater. The shiitake mushrooms are washed and chopped, and the green peppers are chopped.
Squeeze the lotus roots by hand and squeeze out some of the water, not too much. Add the oil and saute in the shredded mushrooms
Mix the lotus root with shiitake mushrooms, chopped green pepper, flour, salt, and white pepper.
Make the mixture into a small cake by hand, put a small amount of oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
