More delicious than the fried version~
The spinach is washed and manually folded. Peel the chopped garlic, chopped ginger, and chopped green onion.
In the middle of the fire, the oil is heated in the hot pot. The oil is just beginning to smoke. Add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, then stir fry in a spinach.
After a few simple stir-fry, the spinach starts to soften, add a small spoonful of thin salt soy sauce and half a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir fry.
Out of the pot. I have a lighter taste and do not need to add salt. I need to season myself.
The key to delicious fried vegetables is hot oil.
