  1. The cabbage is torn into small pieces, washed and drained for later use.

  2. Wash the pork belly, cut into thin slices, and use a kitchen towel to absorb the surface moisture and set aside.

  3. Put a proper amount of salad oil in the oil pan. When the oil is 70% hot, put the pork belly slices, fry until golden on both sides, adjust the fire, stir fry and stir evenly.

  4. Add the appropriate amount of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar to taste, stir fry for 1 minute. (No need to add water when frying)
