Red dates, coix seed, frozen fresh clams
The oxtail is soaked in clear water (added wine) for 1 hour, and washed.
Put the oxtail into the casserole and add enough water
The fire is boiled, and the floating foam is added to the coix seed and ginger.
Cover the lid and turn to the low heat for two hours, put in the red dates and simmer for half an hour, then add the salt and the right amount of pepper.
