The stalls that sold sweet potatoes this year are not as ubiquitous as they used to be. So in the past few years, when the company only had a microwave oven, I often bought sweet potatoes and went back to the company to eat. The ending is of course dry and hard, I can only force the little fat to eat. After some improvement, the microwave baked sweet potato has become one of my specialty dishes.
