This Osaka-style barbecue was learned with a Japanese classmate, and it is full of color and flavor! The amount of flour used in Osaka is very small. You can also add any vegetable meat you like, which is healthy and delicious. It is definitely a good dish! Because my approach is different from other Osaka cooking recipes in the kitchen, I would like to send a recipe to share with you. This version of Osaka has two secrets: 1. Replace the water and noodles with broth and milk; 2. Make two layers of cake, the outer layer is crispy and the inner layer is soft. We will eat once a week~ Really too ~ fragrant ~ ~ (ˇˍˇ)
Prepare the broth for half an hour in advance. I use a ready-made chicken soup package.
Let the prepared soup cool down
Shrimp thaw
First prepare the inner layer cake:rCut the cabbage into small
Green bean corn radish grains into a small bowl
Put the flour and the above vegetables in a larger bowl
Add the right amount of milk and a spoonful of chicken soup (the ratio of milk is more, so the taste is softer)
Stir with chopsticks to make the batter even, no small noodles, the color is milky white (the batter is slightly thinner)
The second step is to prepare the outer layer cake:rBeat the eggs, take a small amount of flour, and mix the eggs, flour and chicken soup in another container.
The batter that is stirred is yellow (this is the layer of the cake laid on the lower layer, which is slightly thicker than the batter of the inner layer cake)
Cut the mushrooms, green peppers, shrimps and meat into small pieces (you can add any ingredients you like, pork or beef should be cooked first), prepare a little chopped green onion
Pouring oil after the pot is hot
Do not have too much oil, evenly spread the oil on the bottom of the pot
Transfer to a small fire, first pour the batter of the outer layer cake into the pot and spread it into a circle
When the cake is semi-solidified, pour the inner layer paste of the vegetables.
Also let the batter spread evenly in the pot
Add the prepared ingredients and embed them in a pastry, fry for a few minutes
After the cake is solidified, turn over
After turning over the surface, fry for about 2 minutes to turn off the fire.
Plate the pancakes and take out the Osaka sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed and bonito
Spread the sauce of Osaka sauce evenly on the surface of the pastry
The mayonnaise is squeezed into a grid and sprinkled with a piece of bonito (the squid piece that is twisted after being heated is really tempting~)
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and seaweed on the top layer.
The sizzling Osaka is finished! Osaka fried with two layers of cake is not only smooth and beautiful, but also tastes great.
Be sure to eat hot~
If you want to cut into small snacks, cut off the sauce after the Osaka sauce is cooked and then proceed. Because it is cut after the work is done, the bonito slices and the sauce will stick together and become small pieces, which will affect the taste.
