Peel the oranges and cut into small pieces. If you are afraid of bitter taste, you should also remove the white orange dress.
Add half the weight of the orange, (and add a little salt)
Add a lemon juice
Mix well and leave for one night
Do not add water directly in a thick-bottomed pot (preferably copper pot, second enamel pot, etc.)
Cook for forty minutes to an hour.
Install a sealed glass bottle. Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
Bottling Tips: If the amount is large, roll the fashion bottle and cover the lid for one night, so that the rubber ring covered by the jam bottle will be inflated and the sealing effect will be better. Generally saved for one year without problems. If you only make one or two bottles at a time and eat them quickly, it is not necessary.
