Home Cooking Recipe: Orange peel biscuits

It’s the season of eating oranges. It’s a pity to see the orange peel thrown away. I’m going to make a biscuit myself. It tastes good, very strong orange.

  1. After the butter is softened, add sugar powder and mix well.

  2. Add a spoonful of whole egg and mix well

  3. Add a spoonful of freshly squeezed orange juice and mix well

  4. Add 25G orange peel and mix well

  5. Add low-gluten flour and mix well to form a dough. Rinse in a rectangular or round shape and freeze in the refrigerator for more than one hour.

  6. Take it out after chilling and cut into pieces.

  7. Put in a preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, and master the temperature according to your own oven.

The orange peel was gently peeled off with a paring knife, the white part was removed, and chopped and sugared for three days.
