Crisp skin, sweet inside; very tasty, very nutritious, and easy to do. It is a good time to give your child a snack between two meals, or to have a nightingale that is hard to read late at night.
Oven preheating 425F (220C)
After the sweet potato is peeled, cut the thick slices and cut the strips. Mix well with a little olive oil.
Put a little oil on the baking tray, spread the sweet potato strips on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the surface is golden and slightly brittle.
There is no olive oil, you can use ordinary cooking oil or butter instead; you can sprinkle a little salt, black pepper, or paprika, and cumin powder to increase the flavor.
