Home Cooking Recipe: Old Shanghai Tofu Flower (Vitamix Edition)

When I was a child, I loved to eat a bowl of beancurd at the door of the market, and added the bean curd with seaweed and seaweed. It was especially delicious. Later, there were fewer people who made such traditional beancurd, and the cup of beancurd began to flourish, but the taste was always worse than it used to be. Good beans are grinded, and the hot beancurd is the bowl of beancurd in memory. What is the remaining bean dregs? See here:

  1. Dry soy beans are soaked for one night.

  2. Pour the soy beans into the Vitamix and heat the water to 1000ml.

  3. Start at low speed and slowly increase it. In 7th gear, it will take about 2 minutes.

  4. After filtering, pour it into a deep pot and boil it. Remember to have a deep pot. Soymilk is very exaggerated. While cooking, remove the floating foam as soon as possible.

  5. The lactone is opened with a little warm water (must be warmed with water) and poured into a smoldering pot.

  6. The boiled soy milk is poured into the simmering pot of the lactone, and the chopsticks are stirred for a little 15-20 minutes.

  7. Take out a bowl and add some chopped green onion, dried shrimps, seaweed and Laoganma ( ̄『 ̄).... delicious!
