It is suitable for Japanese-style cold dishes with rice and nutritious health.
Prepare boiling water in the pot, while the okra is washed with a little salt sputum (in order to get small hair), yam peeled.
Put the okra in boiling water for a minute or two, and the chopsticks can be inserted into the pan.
After the okra is half cut, evenly cut the small pieces (as shown), then cut the yam and the size of the okra.
Cut the yam and okra into a larger bowl and put in the natto, (the ratio of the three is almost 1:1:1), plus a fresh egg yolk (feel better)
Sprinkle with seaweed, served with raw soy sauce, and stir a few drops of sesame oil.
