Wash the okra, simmer in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse with cold water.
Slice the okra and onion ginger and garlic. (I use ready-made garlic)
Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the egg mixture until it is solidified.
Keep the base oil in the pot and heat it. Add the onion, ginger and garlic to the scent. Add the okra, egg, pepper, chicken and salt and stir well.
