Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half, don't bury them. It is best to buy smaller and thinner mushrooms, which are delicious and soft. Add one egg and water and batter with flour and starch.

Stir-fried shallot ginger and garlic, add fried mushrooms, then spray a little cooking wine, add sugar, and season. Then add broth or water for 1 minute, which is the taste.

I didn't put salt on this dish, because there are so many raw drinks, everyone can add it according to their own taste. After washing the mushrooms, be sure to dry them or use kitchen paper to remove the water. Otherwise, the oil pan will be easily separated after hanging the paste.
