Preheat the oven at 220 °C.
Wash the colored peppers, remove the stalks, remove the seeds, and cut into large pieces.
The treated pepper is spread on the baking sheet and baked in the oven for about 15 minutes until the skin is burnt. Bake in black is best.
Remove the roasted bell peppers and quickly put them into a sealed bag or sealed box and let stand for 15 minutes.

1. If there is no oven, you can put the whole colored pepper on the fork, put it on the gas stove and scorch it with a small fire, be careful not to burn it.
