When I returned to China this year, Xiaotoutou’s sister sent me a bag of oil gluten. The family couldn’t eat too sweet things, so I used the oil gluten with green vegetables, but when I hit it, I put the oil gluten. The meat plan was put in my heart. I went to the supermarket last weekend and saw the oil gluten sold in a bag. I quickly took a bag back and took the weekend time to make it. Oh, it’s really good. Eat~
Dried shiitake mushrooms, chives, chopped green onion, ginger, minced.
The diced mushrooms are diced, and ginger, half of the chopped green onion, plus soy sauce, salt, sesame oil and seasoned.
Put the oil gluten with a finger on the surface to make a hole, then stir it in the gluten, do not damage the epidermis, make the inside of the gluten into a hollow.
Carefully stuff the mixed meat into the buckled oil gluten, full of stuffed.
Fill all the oil gluten with the same method.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot, wait until the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion.
Pour into the soy sauce and sauté.
Pour the right amount of boiling water into the pot, add soy sauce and white sugar.
Put the oiled gluten stuffed with meat into the pot, boil the soup, turn to a small fire, cover the lid, and rub for about 15 minutes.
Open the lid, collect the juice from the fire, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
